Mat-Town USA Wrestling Club's focuses are on education and training of persons in scholastic, collegiate and international wrestling rules and techniques, as well as in physical and mental fitness; education of persons who aspire to coach wrestling at the scholastic, collegiate and/or international levels; and education of the general public in the sport of wrestling.
As iron sharpens iron, one wrestler sharpens another.
